The Portland Winter Light Festival (PWLF) is a free, public, light arts and cultural event that will illuminate and transform OMSI February 3-6, 2016 from 5-10pm each night. This inaugural festival is designed to showcase unique light-based art, engage Portland’s diverse communities and create remarkable opportunities for artists, makers, performers and technology innovators. On the east bank of the Willamette River, the festival will develop collaborations and partnerships, foster community participation, and attract a diverse cross-section of visitors nightly after sunset.

PWLF is an all-volunteer organization and is an event of the Willamette Light Brigade.
