DESCRIPTION:Festival of Flowers at Pioneer Courthouse Square has always been one of Portland’s most renowned festivals in the heart of downtown. Each year\, the Square works with a local artist or design firm to create a masterpiece of vibrant color utilizing nearly 20\,000 flowers and plant material.
